 Once you look at what white represents is makes sense most choose this color for weddings.  White has long been associated with light, goodness, innocence, and purity. It is considered to be the color of perfection. White can represent a successful beginning or new beginnings, wiping the slate clean, so to speak.   It is the blank canvas waiting to be written upon.  Many people use white as a recall of their youth and innocence.
